GPS Installation
A portable GPS is mounted in the vehicle and connected to the vehicle’s
power source. Wiring will be hidden and secured whenever possible. If an
antenna is supplied, it will be routed through existing weather
stripping through the exterior of the vehicle to provide optimal
integration.
- Attached on the windshield or dashboard where you will see the GPS easily.
- Unobstructed view for optimum satellite signal.
- Hide any external antenna by routing under automobile’s plastic housing.
- Route the power/traffic cables so that they won't get disturbed in the event the airbags are deployed.
- Hide power adapter under dashboard of car. No wires running over vent and frees up your DC power plug for cell phone charger.
- Pairing with your Bluetooth device, cell phone, PDA.
- Program your preferences.
